Ridiculous customer service. Staff is rude and arrogant They count the number of pieces shown to the customer and say "aapko isme kuh pasand nahi aaya to hum kuch nahi kar sakte". Manager is a third class employee. Just spoiling the name of the company and the brand value. One should stop purchasing from them and also stop your kitties here.
Its been 5months that the kitty got over each time we go there they shirk to show the entire range. We are stuck as we had put a kitty here and now they are not ready to honor.
