I have been booking my air tickets from Josse Travel Services, M.G.Marg, Gangtok, Sikkim. I think he is overcharging the airfare by around Rs. 2000/- per ticket. As I have booked my ticket from Bagdogra to New Delhi & New Delhi to Bagdogra on 28/07/2015 & 1/8/2015 where the agent has charges Rs. 6509/- & Rs. 6436/- respectively. Which as per online is showing around Rs4500/- on that day. Again I have booked my friends ticket from the same agent from Bagdogra to Kolkotta & vice versa on 13/8/2015 & 16/8/2015 where he has charged me Rs. 4186/- & Rs. 4611/- respectively, which as per online is showing around Rs. 2200/- to 2600/-. How, an agent can charge about Rs. 2000/- more on the tickets. Besides that he is also charging service tax and commission. This may have to be see by the airways so that the public shoud not be suffered due to over charges by any travel agents.
