Prakash — Damaged goods old and used goods

Order No: AB5161766. Yesterday I received the parcel what I ordered. Three shirts all are damaged condition. Already used old shirts received. For your information I enclosed the photograph of the shirts I recevied. Please check it and give your reply. I am returning all there items to you. We are paying the money for shirts in good condition, but you sent me a damaged goods. This is not a good service. I am waiting for your valuable reply. Regards
