I have registered a complaint about non working of my split AC at my residence through customer care at Voltas.
Today one engineer had come and attended the same. Only some loose connection on display wiring he said and within five mns he started preparing the bill for 470/-. This is the 4th time this loose wiring is temporarily set right and everytime I keep paying the charges as per the bill.
When this was questioned he called his manager Mr. Vinoth and I also spoke to that so called manager. He was very rude and asked me the pay the charges as per bill and later the engineer left after collecting the money.
Now again I am facing the same issue and my complaint is not resolved. Seeking urgent intervention on this and take suitable action on erring engineer Vinoth accordingly.
These kind o[censored]seless managers spoils the company reputation and belief on brand by the public
If no proper response is received within 24 hours from now I will be forced to escalate to nodal officer complaints and file a complaint in consumer court accordingly
I am attaching the bill and service report along with this complaint.
