Pramukh Nagar, Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad — bhagwatkar on rented apartment

Sir,

I am member flat member of Pramukhnagar, Ahmedabad. My flat was vacant and i rented, rent an amount of Rs.7, 500/- per month last year.

I faced problem that Flat Chairman, Secretary and committee decided in Annual Meeting last year that i must pay "BhadvatKar" amounting to Rs.1, 000/- per month.

The decision of committee is right ?

Any law about "Bhadvatkar" ?

Do needful urgently.
