Pranav Construction Systems — Salary not credited

Had been working with pranav construction system pvt. Ltd. From 7th nov, 2016 to 18th dec, 2016 (Total 41 days). After joining i read lots of former employees complaints against company regarding salary not paid for last 3 months, form-16, tax not paid etc. Then i realize that company are not paying salary on time (Taking 2 to 3 months) & not good for employees. I was request lots of time for salary till 16th dec'16 for nov-16 month salary but they were not responding. So i resigned, but yet they are not credited my salary for nov & dec-2016 months. Its very difficult to work with pranav construction system in today's economical word. Mr. pranav sahani was promised me that he will release salary before Jan'17 ending, but yet salary not credited, He is not receiving my calls and also not replying emails.
