This man has taken in total ₹4000/- out of which ₹2000/- was paid to him for transferring of ownership and ₹2000/- for making a driving license. The transfer work is done but the driving license was not even applied for.
I have asked him for my refund and he is always giving us excuses. I want my refund as work is not completed.
