Tawde had taken Magic Bricks dwal package as listed below mails correspondence and paid the money also, for sale of our three plots land and one bungalow at Dapoli Maharashtra Location. The Sales Person. Ms. Kirti. had given big promises and assurance that on taking the package within one month time we will get 3 to 5 potential customers for our sale deed. For your information the response is very poor from magic bricks sales and marketing team, even not lifting the phone of my as well as of my son, hence being father and owners of the three plots and bungalow, I want to lodge official complain against magic bricks sales, and marketing team that they have failed to give proper response to us for the deal which was made by us on their good company reputation and assurance. Surprise almost one month ten days is completed magic bricks have not given a single customer for us no buyers has responded for our deal as your sales and marketing manager, sales executive have given big assurance and promises that magic bricks have potetional customers, who are looking same property in that dapoli locations and within one month time they will be giving us 3 to 5 buyers and deal will be done, on your assurance and reputation of magic bricks company we have done the payment of Rs.12000/- and so far there is no response from magic bricks rep. Their sales Manager and executive not lifting phone, no proper response and no feedback of any potential customer buyers we have received. Presently last one week they are not lifting phone, no response from phone call at totally negative approached to us, they have done cheating with us hence they should refund our money or within this week they give 3 to 4 customers for our land sale deed as per our telecom coversation with magic bricks sales and marketing team. They have made fool of customers by not responding.
