Respected sir/madam, manoj c shalu age 40 yrs, me and my father in law mr. Pratapsingh patwal age 70 (Retd. Army hon. Subedar) both residing in pune, purchased the plot 3000 sqft (1000sqft + 2000sqft) in undri survey no. 46/10 on 20th may 2016 (Agreement, registration with stamp duty paid) from mr. Sajan jairath & mr. Karan jairath residing at koregaon park, pune. We have paid full amount by cheque and done agreement /registration with stamp duty paid. Also we had given the paper jahir notice advt. Earlier (Prior of purchasing the plot) for anyone's objection they had assured us to make our saatbara after 15 days from agreement, now since 20 months they have not done our saatbara. It is mentioned in our agreement too in page no. 5 — point no.7. That mr. Sajan jairath & mr. Karan jairath responsible as a seller of plot and they will do the same. But inspite of repeated requests from us since agreement (20 months) they have not done our saatbara. Sir, request you to advice mr. Sajan jairath & mr. Karan jairath to make our saatbara asap.
