I the name of canada visa they are cheating with people my 90000 is taken by this consultancy in 2016 and told after 100 working day the visa will confirm, but from that time they are not receiving call and not giving any update, so i had told the consultancy proprietor thay i want to cancel my application in march 2019 and they had told that after 45 days they will refund my money but from that time after giving so many call they receive call and told that the application is under process they are givining time and fail so please help me to get my money refund,.
