My self swapnali rupesh takale, we are staying in sra bases soceity where unfair parking charges being levied by society on tenants. Flat owners who staying in their flat are being charged rs.50 for two wheeler parking & rs. 100/- for four wheeler parking however for tenants its rs.500/- for two wheeler & rs. 1000/- for four wheeler.
We are really not understanding why there is so difference in parking charges & on what basis same has been decided.
