Hallo,

I have been using this air tel no last 18years and never been charged unimaginably high amount.

I went to taiwan from 16, june to 23rd june for which i already paid the 5029.16 rupees (Paid on 6th july) for receiving and calling charges.

Now i am getting a bill of rs.16, 651.00which is something very annoying.
My monthly charges comes approx.1000. Not more than this when in india.

When i contacted the customer care fellow he suggested me that the overseas bill for 10days is maximum of rs. 3599 plan.
This covers 3gb data, 100sms & 250minutes of local calls to india during that period.
Now i am getting a whooping rs16, 651.00 which i never expected. I have made several visit to overseas but never had this problem earlier
Even matrix is 200% better this worthless bloody air tel plan.
I guess either some ruthless guy in air tel must have done this ugly activity with my mobile no.

I am not going to pay this bill unless it is clearly clarified.

Rather i will remove this no from my phone for ever and will use vodafone or jio which is more economy for me.
I need answer asap.
In my future overseas travel will never use this air tel plan & never recommend anybody to take this plan.
