Praveen Kumar — Fraud of 130 which could be 7000

Today I saw an ad on facebook market place which were selling 2018 activa for ₹20, 000 and claimed to be an army officer. First he asked about our address and asked for Id proof and tried to establish a trust. He asked to send ₹7130 for RTO transfer in my name. And said that it will be delivered by army parcel services and rest 13k should be transferred after delivery.

Firstly I made two payments of ₹7130 each and both were declined. Reason being security issues from my bank I didn’t pay attention to red flags and thanks to paytm security, both of them were declined. Then the scammers sent a new QR code and bank account in which firstly I successfully paid ₹130 but till then I became suspicious (because he sent me a new qr again so quickly like he was ready with them) and didn’t send rest of ₹7000 then I decided to run a security check on this guy.

Then I reversed google search the images he has send of him in army uniform. I found out that there were multiple scams done by this images of which I have attach the screenshots below. When I confronted him he got enraged and cut the phone and ironically he threatened me that he will lodge a FIR against me.

I have lost ₹130 but this could have been ₹7130 or even ₹20, 000. Please help me to get my money back and put these people behind the bars.
