I regular final my car insurance from maruti insurance, but for this year as i call at prem moters jaipur, and my contect with miss. Payal,.
I had made a payment of rs.4500/- (The amount as confirmed after discount) by online towards the renewal of insurance policy no-[protected] of my car no-rj -14-ch 8264 in favour of prem motors sudrashan pura byas godam jaipur, but till date i have neither got. The soft copy of the renewed policy, nor get any confirmation call. My repeated calls to authorised person of prem motors remain unanswered. Kindly help.
