I have booked break darshab ticket/ vip dharshan online web at tirumala tirupathi devastanam on 10.08.19 for 2 members and i don't know how come tirumala travel services had entered in between and finally ticket was generated for two members ie rs 1236/- in that it was mentioned that the ticket for single person is rs500 +taxes

But later after generation of ticket it was showing the amount for single person for vip ticket is rs 300 including taxes

I was shocked after knowing they have collected rs 400 extra for 2 members excluding taxes and immediately i have sent a mail to [protected]@gmail.com on 11 august on the issue but there is no response from them as on today



Perhaps this is fraud business of ttd a privare agency called tirumala travel services entering the web while processing the site and collecting more charges

In this regard i request to do me justice because a single rupee is a big value for me and i want your intervention in solving the problem
