I had ordered lifestyle vouchers on 23/10/2016 and i received the vouchers on 28/10/2016 evening i went to lifestyle for shopping at the counter they told me that these vouchers are of wills lifestyle the i came to know both the outlets are different.

Before this i had ordered vouchers over the phone now your customer service people told you have to order from www.zaggle. com and i saw wills lifestyle so i ordered 19000 vouchers now i would like to cancel the vouchers and order lifestyle vouchers or amazon vouchers i am not a hard user of internet and i did know which lifestyle vouchers i wanted if it was over the phone the executive would have informed me that there are 2 outlets of lifestyle and both are different. while ordering through online i was not aware that there are 2 outlets otherwise i would had confirmed and ordered
Please i would request you to take the vouchers and please send me the amazon or lifestyle again and take the wills lifestyle vouchers i have not redeemed just kept it also, i called zaggle team at10 pm and spoke with Nitin the executive and explained him what exactly had happened.

I am from middle class family and i really did not know both the outlets are different please help me and please take in to consideration and please cancel the vouchers please send me the amazon vouchers of 19000 please.
my shift is at 12am to 9.30 at working hours i will not be able to pick up the call please you can call me before 11am and please sort the issues as its the matter of 19000 please by mistake wrong vouchers i ordered. please help

It was delivered on 28 I had called zaggle and spoke to Nitin regarding the same it was not done purposely i did not knew about wills lifestyle and lifestyle both are different also over the phone now we cannot purchase the order i had done online and on 5 page i found the wills life style so thought its the lifestyle vouchers and i ordered it the amount is of 19000 rs if you can deduct some amount and transfer the remaining to amazon it will be helpful for me

Please try to understand i had not done purposely i am not a heavy internet user please try to understand can u please call me so that i can explain u in details what has happened its human error please do something i request you as the amount is of 19000

if you call call me before 11.30 am it will be better as i leave for office at 11.30 am please do something if you see genuinely its a error and not done purposely please try to understand its the hard earned money i have earned our company has not gifted it was an incentives given please i request to look at the situation and please do something for me please
