Dear Sir,
On 13.12.2015 i booked a taxi from Chennai Airport for 5th Main Road Nangallur, Chennai. The driver could not take right turn at the apt place inorder to drive through palvanthangal subway to reach nanganallur due to his mistake. Then he had to go straight towards guindy road for aprox 1 km. He stopped the car at the road side and started quarelling with me in the car and started asking me for Rs 40 extra on the bill amount. When i refused he called to Pre paid taxi service Anna International Terminal chennai airport and started narrating that he could not turn near palvanthangal subway due to traffic and accident. The person to whom the driver contacted also told me to pay extra.
I would like to make a note that i went at 6 PM to airport in uber cab and i was charged just Rs 115/- But in this case i was charged Rs 260/- plus Rs.40/- extra for the same distance. I paid Rs.40-/ extra.
Kindly look into the issue and do justice.
