Unable to register complaint through website via myaccount. Shopclues.com.
www.shopclues.com after 10 tries. It says ticket can not be created try after sometime, on the shopclues website.

Asked for return of package. Informed by email for arranging pickup. Called on phone on 11th Jan 2020 at 11:00 hours. The package was picked up later on 11th Jan 2020. Refund was processed on 13th Jan 2020. Thanks. to consumer complaints.
