When i was call to this phone[protected] that time manprit person was commitment will be done. And then next week not receive same issue so i told to her please cancel this policy 7 refund my 10, 000/- amount finally she told me ok i refund you next week refund will done. This time same also not receive my refund amount. And the every week i call to customer care no. She told me give your account no. & ifsc code the i sending to her mail ([protected]@outlook.com) & she told me i received account details on mail & next two days will be transfer money but still now given me same reason every time & not to talking with any senior team. When i say to her, please transfer your any seniors, she told every time seniors not in office every time same reason. & this mail id ([protected]@phci.Org.In) not working & no one any id’s available.
