Sir, myself Vishnuraj, this was first time I got cheated by one online company. I actually ordered one Sony neck band and JBL bluetooth through ekart services on 4 th October 2021, today 12 th October I received the order, I remitted about 1599/- rupee for this order. When I opened the package there was one damaged JBL neckband without one ear piece and looks too old... Am really depressed with this incident...kindly help me... There is no any return option too, why you people are doing this to people who are actually working hard and saving money to fulfill their small dreams...never ever do this...
