2. That the system Lenovo tower (Sr.no.1) not delivered and Dell E2420HS 24 Inch (Sr. NO.2) was wrong product dispatched (Delivered product not matching with ordered product) and due to this the order received by our client was cancelled.
3. That after harassing our client for few months your staff has not ready to refund or replacement.
4. Since our client lost the valuable time due to the malpractice of your staff. After few days our client received the replacement as laptop. Which supposed to come with i5 processer, 8GBRAM,
256 CCD, Silver color ( HP make).
6. When our client tried to switch own the system, it was not good working conditions. Our client informed it to you personal on call and share the photos on what’s up too. You told to my client to send the product back.
7. As per advice from Owner of “Prince Shop” products were sent back him with DTDC courier
slip no – D[protected]laptop and monitor) on dated 18/04/2022 on the expanses of our client .

8. After dispatching the product back to “Prince Shop”, my client approached to Owner of “Prince Shop” for refund the money. But Owner of “Prince Shop” was behaving with our client
in a very rude manner and not picking the calls also started not responding the messages.
10. The product was delivered to “Prince Shop” on 24/04/2022 (Delivered Safely as per confirmation from Owner of “prince Shop” ) . After that when our client approached you to for refund of money. You are not taking his calls or not replaying to his messages about the replacement.
11. That our client has noticed different type o[censored]n ethical business practices in your company many times and personally communicated to Owner of “ Prince Shop” but still no progress on the refund.
