To whom it may concern, This is to inform that I bought Kajaria Tiles (30*45 Romeo Red and Romeo Blanco) from M/S Prince Tiles and Granite. The MRP of the product is Rs. 645 and they have charged Rs. 695 per box when I reach back to discuss this with them they have shown me the rate list which was effective till 31 March 2013 and I spoke to the gentleman from Kajaria regarding the same and he confirmed that the Rate is Rs. 645 which is and if they have charged you Rs. 695. This is unethical and I should it it further. I have attached the Challan they have given me.
Please look into the matter and get back to me ASAP.
