I have order a customized wooden name plate on 29 oct 2014 and still yet not received the product. I found this is very serious matter and un-avoidable to me. In fact I drop mails to them many times yet hey are not responding to my issue. Beside i have made payment also for my product. This is very dissappointing for us. I request you to please take an appropriate action against my complaint.

    This is to bring to the Notice of all buyers that Printvenue is Not a Good Company to Buy Customized and Printed items! Please Share this immediately! In summary if I may say the sales persons in Printvenue are only concerned about locking in prepaid orders and then not fulfilling them they offer you free COD on orders above 599 and then charge you 49Rs for prepaid orders just because you might overlook the same, They offer you easy refunds on the website but do not refund your money at all Even when the company has approved your refund and say that they will refund the same within 3-4 working days! Order Date: 20th September Date of Receiving: 3rd October (even when they say 7-8 days delivery time) Date of Approval for Refund: 17th October Till Date NO REFUNDS!       I have ordered a Moto E mobile back cover. Its been almost a month that the order has not been delivered. There is no response from the customer care, right from calls being abruptly disconnected to contradicting responses from various customer care representatives has been the course of action when I have tried reaching to them to resolve my complaint. Highly Unprofessional customer service and delayed delivery. Would not recommend anyone to buy products from Printvenue.

        Dear Sir, I had placed an order on printvenue with Order Number[protected], on 9th October 2014. I had placed the order to give the Parker Pen as a gift on 25th Oct 2014 and the web site also promised to deliver the same in 5 working days. Time was a assence as the product was purchased as a gift for my father so that on the day on 'Kalam Dawaat Puja" he could use the pen. I had sent a complaint to the customer care of the company and was given a Ticket ID No.91458 on 16.10.2014 but didn't get any response. Then again I had called on 20th Oct 2014 and I was told the product will be dispatched on the next date i.e. 21st Oct 2014 but again nothing transpired and when the product didnt reach till 24th Oct 2014 I had again made a complaint online and was given a Ticket No. 94387, which was auto generated, through email. Nut till date nothing has transpired and when today I had called again I was told the product will be dispatched on 27th oct 2014. But since the purpose had frustrated therefore I wanted to cancel the order but they refused to do so. The guy on the customer care had no answer to any of my query and kept repeating it will be dispatched on 27th Oct 2014 and then he placed me on hold never to return, saying I will transfer your call to a senior. The call timing was about 6:50PM. I wish to make this complaint as these people are adopting un-ethical practice without any accountability. They have no mechanism of grievance redressal which is amounting to immense physical and mental agony and should be compensated for their act.           There is no response from print Venue even after they addressed my complaint on Sep 1st, I was told that i will be refunded or a correct product will be sent Please find the email response from them below on Sep 1st Dear Senthil Kumar, Greetings of the day.             I also received the skin of mobile I had ordered personalised mobile cover as they had shown but I only got so n worth rupees 354 pls take it serious i t is totally making us fraud
            I don't understand how they can charge 8X amount on a 50 rupee mobile skin. I paid Rs 374 for the mobile skin & what I got is a roadside sticker, WORST QUALITY . I dont know what kind of revenue model you have, but if you deliver that kind of quality and charge a hefty amount of money on such terrible quality, no one will come back to your site ever buy anything again. The website shows the mobile back cover to the consumers while customizing, to which many think that they're getting a customized back cover, but no one knows they're being fooled for a roadside quality sticker.
            Remember WOM plays an important role, idk how are you even gonna survive with that price and quality. PRINTVENUE IS THE WORST CUSTOM PRINTED PRODUCT WEBSITE.

              I ordered a polo t shirt from PrintVenue on 30 November 2014. The delivery date given to me was 11 December 2014. But still my order is not delivered.                 I ordered a photo mug on 6th october 2014 and paid through my debit card.the expected date of delivery was 14 oct 2014 but I am disappointed that today is 20 oct 2014 and have not received the product yet .These people are liars and cheats .when I called there customer support those irresponsible people were cutting the line abruptly.I am totally flabbergasted .Please do something otherwise i will take some other drastic step.Totally unsatisfied

A month has been passed for the order but still I have not received yet. I want my product as soon as possible. This site is seems fraud it has taken my money but not dispatching the product... Each time people are saying wait for 2-3 working days, and 1 month has been passed Don't know when their 2-3 days will come.

                    I received a Keychain - Black Leaf on November 11, 2014 14:28 (Order Number[protected]. The print on the keychain was not legible. It looked like an old keychain. Please replace the keychain.

                      I had purchased an item from this company and contacted their customer support 3 times, they assured me a resolution by yesterday and still its more than 10 days that there is no support on my complaint. I read reviews of other customers who have similar complaints that once they sell bad quality product they do not listen to your complaints and never solve customer issue. They have mentioned necessary steps they take when you place complaint against bad quality product received but yet NO ANSWER from them.

                          I have placed an order for a customised T Shirt to be printed in Printvenue bearing Order Number[protected]. I selected the Medium size assuming they have the standard size as there are no size charts available in the website anywhere and medium fits perfectly for me. I received the order on time, however when i opened, it appeared to be small. When i actually tried the T Shirt it was way smaller than any medium sized T Shirt. I called up customer care immediately and explained the matter and they advised me to compare the product with any other Medium sized T shirt i already have and click pictures and send it to the customer support email ID. I did exactly the same, I took out 2 of my medium sized T Shirt of different companies and compared it with the T Shirt i have and the result was very obvious. It was no where near to any of those 2 T Shirts. I clicked pictures as directed and sent it to the customer support email add and waited for their reply. I didn't get any response in the next 3 days (which is their allotted time frame), so i called up on the 4th day to get an update and to much of my surprise they said that they have missed out this email (meaning they never paid attention to my email at the first place), then they forwarded the email to their concerned department and again no reply for quite a while. When i finally called up again today, they responded that they will check on this with the concerned department again and will give an update within 48 hours. After that i received and email stating that different companies have different sizing policy and the t shirt they have sent me is perfectly all right. If Printvenue is having their own dimension for medium, they should have the size chart available in their website so that people can select the product accordingly.

                          Hi,

                          I already tried contacting the above mentioned email, but for more than a week and after calling twice, i didn't get any written communication. Finally I called up for the third time and then i got a response that all companies have different sizing dimension. I can agree to the comment if the size is half or 1 inch different but please look at the pictures above, the size is around 3 to 4 inches small.
                          I would appreciate if you can please look into this matter as soon as possible and provide me with a solution.

                                Hi Sir, I have online ordered "Diary" order number "[protected]" from Printvenue.com "http://www.printvenue.com/c/diaries-organizers" at 3-Spet-14, i have received dispatcher date 11-sept-14, but as on 18th sept- morning i have not received my product, in between i have query about 4-5 times on customer care +[protected], & got the details that they have dispatched the product by 13 -Spet-14(two days delayed by commitment date & No intimation to me regarding this by compney side), day before yesterday i called customer care than they told i will received my product within one day, but again i have not received so i again call them today, & again i got the answer " you will get the product in 2-3 days"in mean time i told them there is no usefulness of product by me now as you already delayed much so please refund my money back so they denied.                                   I had ordered a Key Chain worth Rs. 299/- from the online retail store printvenue.com on July 31, 2014 and made full payment. The website claimed 4 days shipping. But even by September 3, 2014 I haven’t received the product, even after one month order status in their site shows as under processing and customer support number (+[protected] is always busy or don’t connect.

                                  Same here I had ordered a 3 pcs of Ink Stamps worth Rs. 1240/- on July Nov., 4th 2014 with full payment. Today after more than a month also the order status in their site shows as under processing. No reply to support email and on customer support number (+[protected].

                                    Same thing happen with me i ordered one keychan worth Rs. 200 approx and give payment on this fraud website http://www.printvenue.com/, but they did not send me my product yet and costumer call was onhold every time. Please anyone suggest what to do.

                                    hi i had ordered Card Holder from your company but i am not happy with the quality and its not pasted from one side as well. please replace it with the good one because it reflect carelessness of yours. Regards Shikha

                                      Order Number[protected] which was placed on August 19, 2014 was promised to be delivered within 6 working days but even after 3 weeks it has not been delivered. I have sent several mails to the customer support but no response, i tried calling the helpline but there is a repeated computer response stating that everyone are busy. Please suggest possible action against Printvenue, this seems to be a bogus website, i see a lot of complaints registered all over now.

                                        Hello Print Venue, The product I received after one month of order date is absolutely of no use. The picture of bride's face is cut, I don't know how can I give this gift to someone please find the picture of the received item attached kindly refund the money /send me the exact order Regards,
