Complaint marked as Resolved I received a mail on Aug 19, 2019 that refund against my order number has been initiated and I will be receiving the same in 10-15 working days. They requested to deny to accept the badges when courier partner came to deliver the same.
But, I did not receive the refund even after 10-15 working days. Then I sent a mail on Sep 06, 2019 reminding about my refund, so on Sep 07, 2019, I received a mail from printland that: "We regret to inform you that the refund got delayed due to some account related issue. However, we will refund and share the transaction details within 2-4 working days."
But even after 2-4 working days, I did not receive the refund, based on which I sent a mail again on Sep 12, 2019 reminding my refund request, after which I received a mail from PayU on Sep 13, 2019 that my refund request was being processed and that the money would reflect in my account within 5-7 business days.
Finally, on Sep 16, 2019, I received the refund Rs. 4187 in my account.
