Printvenue — Illegal fraud company

I ordered a mug 20 days back . It has not been delivered yet. They say its not printed right, quality complaints, etc etc, so we are making it again. If you are not worth of making a single mug, then you have you opened such a company. All are frauds. My complete money is wasted. They should be dragged to court. customer care. I wonder how these type of companies get license and they are running.
