Printvilla — delivery of mobile cover

This is with regards to the order for a phone cover for the motog5 plus.

Order no: 77578, made on 9th april.

There's no notice on the delivery whatsoever. I'm attaching a picture of the mail received on confirmation of the order. The payment has been done.

There isn't update on this delivery till date. After writing emails, no one has bothered to revert. There isn't any contact number provided either. I need a refund for the order i have placed.

Hai I have ordered the iPhone 7 cases before two months back and I didn’t got the product from this company that’s the printvilla and when I made the reason but they are not responding I paid it through Paytm but this is the big fraud by the company and it’s not the right thing to cheat people
