Customer care executive Nagma is very rude and rustic. She doesn't even know how to speak to customers. Today when I called customer service to let them know that I have made the payment for AMC and requested her to see my email sent couple of days back to confirm the hotel reservation on the new wing she said we don't see every rooms in the hotel. I told her I am not asking her to see the rooms herself, but at least they should take care of the customer preferences before the booking. She said either you don't want to understand or not understanding. Is this the way a customer service executive should talk to customers after receiving the payments ? I told her that she is very rude. She did not even had the courtesy to apologise. It's simply pathetic. Please don't fall into their dream world. It's far off than reality.
