Updated by ShChhatre I am narrating the sequence of events that has happened.
I got a call from Priority International stating that I have won prize
and need to attend 90 min session.
On 2nd August I and my parents had visited priority office Parihar
chowk, Aundh on invitation. My husband was out of station.
I was explained about the Priority International services by person
name Mr. Sahil. I told them that we will take decision tomorrow as my
husband is out of station. They said the offer is valid for today and
I need to block with token amount and can consult and take a decision
once your husband is back.
We created a Joint agreement between the Priority International and
Mrs Shweta Chhatre & Mr. Aniket Chhatre. As suggested by them I signed
against my name and paid the token amount of Rs. 20000 using credit
card. The agreement was/ is incomplete as my husband was not
available on the day.
On 3rd August I along with my husband visited the priority office
again. Here my husband was explained about the services. However he
was not convinced. Couple of people shared the information regarding
booking etc… On this day Mr. Sahil and one more person (Mr. Khalim not
100 % sure) and Mr Shahnawaz shared the information and made alternate
offers as we were not willing / convinced about the services and its
assurances. We were offered options like partial payment, 5 year term
with provision to extend to 30 years.
We left the office as we needed the time to think. However we were not
sure about the services and were not fully convinced to avail the
services and benefits.
On 6th August 2015 I dropped an email to customer care to convey our
decision of not to buy the services / membership of Priority
International. We requested the refund of our token amount.
We received a response stating the membership is non cancellable and
non refundable. According to us we are not members / opted for
membership as we believe the agreement itself was not completed. Also
we communicated the decision to not avail the membership.
We had couple of mail exchanges (7th August 2015) with priority
international customer care on the same lines which you would have in
your exchange server.
On 11th August we received an email from Priority International
sharing the details of the membership (which we never agreed).
These are fraud people. They created the membership when the agreement itself is incomplete. Lets get together and go to Police station.
