I got a call from Priority International saying I have won prize and need to attend 90 min session. I went with my parents. They explained their scheme and we liked it. I told them that we will take decision tomorrow as my husband is out of station. But they said offer is only for today and you need to block this offer today itself. I told them that I will block this offer but will take decision tomorrow. I signed the agreement which was not complete as my husband's signature was remaining. Next day we went back to the Aundh office and asked them what if we do not want to sign this membership, they said you won't get back the refund of amount 20, 000. As the agreement is not complete, ideally they should refund us the amount. Why do they want to use such money for which they are not going to provide any service? This is cheating. We should go to press and give a big headline so that people get aware of such fraudulent companies and will not fall in such trap.
I am requesting Consumer complaints team to help us to get the refund.

I am narrating the sequence of events that has happened.

I got a call from Priority International stating that I have won prize
and need to attend 90 min session.

On 2nd August I and my parents had visited priority office Parihar
chowk, Aundh on invitation. My husband was out of station.

I was explained about the Priority International services by person
name Mr. Sahil. I told them that we will take decision tomorrow as my
husband is out of station. They said the offer is valid for today and
I need to block with token amount and can consult and take a decision
once your husband is back.

We created a Joint agreement between the Priority International and
Mrs Shweta Chhatre & Mr. Aniket Chhatre. As suggested by them I signed
against my name and paid the token amount of Rs. 20000 using credit
card. The agreement was/ is incomplete as my husband was not
available on the day.

On 3rd August I along with my husband visited the priority office
again. Here my husband was explained about the services. However he
was not convinced. Couple of people shared the information regarding
booking etc… On this day Mr. Sahil and one more person (Mr. Khalim not
100 % sure) and Mr Shahnawaz shared the information and made alternate
offers as we were not willing / convinced about the services and its
assurances. We were offered options like partial payment, 5 year term
with provision to extend to 30 years.

We left the office as we needed the time to think. However we were not
sure about the services and were not fully convinced to avail the
services and benefits.

On 6th August 2015 I dropped an email to customer care to convey our
decision of not to buy the services / membership of Priority
International. We requested the refund of our token amount.

We received a response stating the membership is non cancellable and
non refundable. According to us we are not members / opted for
membership as we believe the agreement itself was not completed. Also
we communicated the decision to not avail the membership.

We had couple of mail exchanges (7th August 2015) with priority
international customer care on the same lines which you would have in
your exchange server.

On 11th August we received an email from Priority International
sharing the details of the membership (which we never agreed).

These are fraud people. They created the membership when the agreement itself is incomplete. Lets get together and go to Police station.

I am Nitin Siddheshwar, from Pune. I am also cheated by this fraud people. I am trying to getting the money back but they are not responding properly. We all will get together and will first file a police compliant at aundh. and will start contionus follow up. If you are ready then please give me a call at [protected] or mail me at [protected]@rediffmail.com
I want to teach these fraud people lesson so that they won't target again innocent people.
They are fraud company. There is a pune consumer court order dated 12/1/2016 against priority international.
Give detailed complaint at Hadapsar/Chaturshingi police station asap and then file consumer case at Pune.

    Priority International, who claims to be providing best holiday across India and Priority services is cheating customer. They have taken Rs. 45, 000 from me on 19th July '15 for 5 years and did not give me all the details in written at the time of taking package. I was designated the dedicated Manager (Mohammad Kalim) for any queries for resolution. Also at the time of booking they said that the amount can be converted to 48 months EMI without any interest. However the amount is with them since 10 days and still not converted to emi at first place. I keep calling the designated Manager (Mohammad Kalim) every time but he hardly picks up call and never calls back as committed. Worst Part, He as now even stopped responding to the calls. Persons involved in this cheating are: Momammad Kalim - [protected] and his Managers & super Managers at ITI-Road, Aundh, Pune.
    "PLEASE STAY AWAY AND SPREAD A WORD OF CAUTION ABOUT THE FRAUD COMPANY - PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL ".

    I have sufficient proofs to sue this company and have ways trigger trigger their comfort. Have dealt with TATA CAPITAL in similar case in the past and had them bend on knees, so these guys are like just peanuts. They are going to face trouble big time.
    A little correction. The date of joining is 19th July and not 19th Aug.

      Guys, yday i too received a call from a person named "OMKAR" and he told me i have won a lucky prize of 1 silver coin, a desired kitchen set, 70% off on TARA jewellary and free hotel accommodation any where in India and South East Asia. The person told me to come to his office with my wife (which i don't have since i m unmarried) to collect gift. He dint tell me his company name however in his SMS it was mentioned as ''Priority shop'' and when i checked on Internet i landed up here on correct destination.
      It all happened this way.
      i went to BIG BAZAAR shop in RAGHULEELA VASHI on 02.08.2015. There in the BB shop itself one person approached me and told me it is a lucky draw offer from BB and asked me my name and mobile no, which i shared (thinking of free gifts, since it was friendship day as well :D). Very next day i received a call and stating i have won a luck prize and i need to come to office with my wife on next day and he sms me his address. From the starting only i smelt something wrong in it. Since no one will give out such free gifts without any reasons.
      However more disappointing was that it happened in BB shop whom m, any customers believe and is a good store. I have already registered a complaint on BB website. lets hop they take a action.

Never give any of your personal infomation also. If you won, . Afterall who will give free gifts, conditions will be applied. Which are hidden inside, they dont reveal it. You never understands it. Its only cheating people with tricks. Cheating, cheating !!!

      hello all ... even my mom received a call today from a guy named "KISHAN" saying just exactly the same things that we have won a prize and we will be getting 10, 000 rs. discount coupon in TARA jewellers, KItchen set, and 6 nights and 7 days stay at any hotel with accomodation. My mom had gone to big bazaar to shop at the Kalyan Metro Mall branch of Big Bazaar(Kalyan station in Central railway) and had filled a form and given contact no. and address. He kept on calling until he got a perfect answer that when are we coming to collect it. He gave us the same address of Vashi Priority shop 214/2nd floor, satara plaza, palm beach road, sec-19 D, Vashi.
      Please don't fall prey to such things. He had given his personal number as well, I gave it directly to my Dad and he shot nice abusive language to that Kishan ;-)
      I was looking for the address on the net for cross checking and found this website, hence I am posting my comment here... Thanks to all of you, now I am completely assured.

        Anand Kamatane on July 23, 2015 Priority International, who claims to be providing best holiday across India is cheating customer.             I am also a victim of priority international holidays ltd. They deducted 70000 and told me that it will be in Emi of 48 months but nothing so far happened. All statement of representations are false. Even agreement itself explaining how they making others fool. Please do help in recovering the amount.

              I was called by the Priority International Holidays team for collection of gifts as they said I was selected in a lucky draw. When I refused to visit the office in Vashi, Mumbai, they extended time for me and anyhow finally they confirm my visit on my comfortable time and day. I went to collect the gift, where they started showing us their holiday plans with huge amount commitment. I refused to join membership then they proportionally reduce the figure to 1356/- Emi only with D-Mart & Big Bazar marketing coupon of Rs.1000/- value and so final commitment of only 356/- I consider for their club and events benefit whereas they deducted 70000/- from credit card without fixing it to EMI and therefore credit card provider reflecting due amount of 70000/- on me which I am unable to pay.I feel myself to be cheated as their agreement paper was also not covered with full contents what they represented to us. I lost my trust on this service provider as it seems to be worthless and therefore requesting them to cancel my agreement and to refund the amount. Please do help to take refund as I decided not to utilize their services and also lost my trust on their future commitment.

                This is sudeep shrivastava . Your company ( Priority International -Aundh Pune) have cheated me on name of membership.. you told me to convert in to 36 month EMI on 0% interest rate but it was false commitment . ICICI bank does not give option for 36 months EMI . Also they dont have tie up for 0% interest rate. You keep telling stupid reason like their machine was faulty so it went to 1 year EMI. Later you person was keep telling me that we are giving you amount back and approval will take 2-3 weeks. But nothing done yet and they are keep delaying it .They are also very rude and not replying calls or message now. .. I have called me to Aundh Pune office and people who were involved are Kalim Seikh (from Aundh Pune office), Shahid and few other. Kalim seith is very arogant and dont even both to reply call. I will be spreading message on Whatsapp and other social media against Priority . I want to cancel my membership with such fake people. Also Complain in Cyber cell Pune Police Commsionar office. I will put FIR againt Kalim and will go to consumer court as well. if any one wants to join, , mail me Regards sudeep

                  Priority international holidays cheated me they took 30000 thousand from me and now they are saying give complete payment then you can use service however at the time of registration they committed we will give you service in this initial payment also. At the time of registration they took my credit card emmediately and swapped without asking me and they was telling like all amount will get converted into emis we have tie - up with hdfc credit cards and so on (Bloody cheater think about your aukaaat before takin others names with you) . I didn't used their service i want my total amount refunded and anyhow m going to get. Anybody want to come with me call me on [protected] (Vinod) .

                    Dear Sir, Became o member of Priority international on 8/06/2015 after paying a huge money of 1.35 lacs after hearing their presentation at their Andheri Branch Office no membership card nor gifts as promised have been received by us we were told that if you are dissatisfied with Priority after enquiry you will be returned the money paid on 19/06 i have sent out a letter terminating the agreement and seeking for return of money as it is well within one month period and i have not availed of any services being provided by tPriority International

                    Notice has already been sent
                    When no service has been availed of the the performance of the contract has not been invoked : hence criminal case is applicable
                    Planninf to do complaint at EOW as well as criminal case against partners of Priority international and also complaint against them in SEBI RBI Govt of Maharashtra etc for winding up of the company
                    We would like to offer our deepest apologies for the trouble you had to experience with PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL. We are very sorry that this happened to you but rest assured it won’t happen again. To make things even better, we have taken a number of measures to ensure that this error and similar mistakes do not happen again in the future. It is due to you that we have realized this and we thank you for sharing your experience with us.                       the contract can be terminated with full return of money I have been invited for a business meet on 8/06/2017 by Priority International Holidays Pune and at the end of the discussion offered membership of the club for a 10 year period by paying 135000 by credit cards with a clear understanding that the within one month if the services being provide by Priority International is not upto thre mark We have lodged a letter on 19/06 to Priority interntional by speed post regading our intention to cancell the contract but so far they have not replied or returned my money pad to them All efforts to contact their local banch office Andheri west Mumbai 400053 where the contract was done is not responding Jyoti Shivram Trichur V Shivram

                          I have taken a member ship from (PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAYS) on 30th May-2015 for (Rs. 1 Lakh) they said they will send their person for address verification within a week and after that i will get my membership card and welcome kit and coupons and many things he has commited, person who has committed me this his name is Mr. Bharat Singh Randhawa.(Branch Manager) but 3 week has passed and no one came for address verification, so i called the Mr.Bharat Singh and his mobile no. was also switch off, i tried calling their call-center no. which was given to me but all the number was not existing. I tried the number from their website and luckily i got the number correct, when i ask the receptionist for Mr.Bharat Singh she said he has left the company, i was shocked by hearing that, I have explain the lady about the commitment made to me by Mr.Bharat Singh, but she said no that is not the company policy, she said it will take more then 30 working days for verification and after that i will get the membership card and welcome kit, so i told er i that case i would like to cancelld my member ship but se refuse do do that, i asked the lady to please connect me to their senior person but she refuse to do that also. Please help me to get my money Rs.1 lakh refund from them, i have also read many fraud cases of (PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAYS) on consumer complaint website and i am more worried about my money.                             Hi, I have beed asked to collect the gifts as I have won in a lucky draw. They called us to come to Satra Plaza Vashi Sector-19 Palm Beach road, Navi Mumbai with family. When we went they told there will be a 90 minute presentation. They told us about holiday and how much you spend. They had given all false commitments and taken our signature on the membership MOU on the stamp paper. They were in hurry and not given us time to read MOU and there were many term and conditions in MOU but not in there presentation like 7000 AMC, Activation of membership only after payment of 50% of Fees (95, 000). They have taken Rs 15, 000 from me using ATM card as initial amount on 28th June 2015. They told, we would receive free event passes, free banquet halls in any city in India etc explained at white paper. When we came home we searched on net and read the agreement and found that it is totally fraud. We have not taken any services from them. I want to cancel the membership as their claims seems false as I found that there are many people have very bad experience with Priority International shared. So, I don't want to be member and don't want to continue with your service, want my money back. Please refund my 15000 paid money back.

Even when we asked them to refund money they are saying now that there will be 90% foreifit for membership cancellation which is included in agreement but was not told before signing the agreement and as you said they dint gave time to read it. Its totally fraud ...
                            This is a fraud company cheating customers as we have paid Rs.1, 35, 000/- and now we want to cancel our membership and want my money back.They are big cheaters.

                              Priority international is a fraud company. Please do not waste your time in meeting their employees. They will make you run from pillar to post. Please file FIR or go to consumer court...

                              Got cheated by Priority International

                              I got cheated in similar manner on 5th June, 16. U can contact me on [protected] or mail me at [protected]@yahoo.in so that we can together fight against them.
                              Hi, Priority international is in cheating business as per Times of India article dated 27/6/2016. First gather evidence by sending mail as below.
                              send email and Ask for list of tie up hotels, Gyms, Resorts and Event halls in India and abroad from Priority International. If they failed to provide the same or give evasive reply, it means that Priority has cheated you into becoming a member.
                              After that approach nearest police station with your complaint.

                                I have fallen prey to Priority International Holiday Club P Ltd. The company representative said that they have tie up Talwarkar gym in my area ie. Santacruz w, Mumbai. They explained me that the free usage of GYM by 2 of my family members for 5 years plus holiday 6 nights/yr etc. The company representative swiped my card to ascertain I would go ahead if I was satisfied. I asked the company representative that the supporting documents of tie up has to be part of the agreement.The handwritten agreement without counter sign of authorised person is not correct type of contract/agreement. However, they refused and asked us to leave. I realised grossly wrong activity and next day found that Talwalkar Gym at Santacruz has already shut down ( month ago) . I informed the company Priority International that the money taken by them was not correct and I must be refunded the same . However, the company is not refunding the money although the company accepts that the Gym has closed down and the given promise cannot be fulfiled . People fall into prey because the modus operandi of the company is not reveal its name /identity not even sign board at its office nor in any of earlier invitation . Thus, nobody can check their credentials before attending the presentation. Also found several legal complaints in Pune & Mumbai by various people. I need my hard earned money back.                                   I paid Rs.1 Lakh cash for a 5 year holiday and club membership but was shocked to know that they dont have any tie-ups with any hotels in India and abroad. They are merely service providers and linked with small travel agencies. They gave me a 2N package for Mahableshwar which was a worst experience for me and my family. Those who are intending to book a package through Priority can contact me and I will share my experience with them. I will try each and every possible way to get my money back from these fraud company. I have all the written and audio proofs to support my above claims. -Taher Esmail [protected]@yahoo.com
                                  I agree with Taher Esmail. I have seen all documents of him. Even I have been cheated by priority international. We are in process of taking legal action.

                                    Recently I have been cheated by Priority International Holiday club. I have paid 1.5 lacs for 10 years membership & the sales person told me it’s a 0% EMI & tenure is 36 months. But when I made a call to bank & verified, bank updated me it’s a 15% EMI interest rate & tenure is for 24 months. I asked Priority to cancel my membership & refund my money coz of miscommunication provided to me while transaction. But now they are saying I have signed agreement which states clearly that no cancellation nor refund is possible once membership is taken. They didn't even discuss nor highlight this point during their package discussion nor at the time of agreement signing. Really its very disgusting to hear from them this statement coz now days every vendor or merchant provides the refund or cancellation facility even for small amount.1.5 lacs is a big amount for one middle class person. I begged to deduct 20-30 thousand & refund remaining money as I have not used any of service provided by them. But they are not listening to me & apart from this they told me do whatever I can do against them & responding rudely. No intimation of the terms & conditions clearly mentioned while signing the agreement nor they allow you to read carefully. Blindly they hook the innocent people to trap in their nets .I need help. I dont know how many innocent people are being trapped everyone, since this Priority is inside season's mall magarpatta. Lots of people visit mall & 100% surely trapped by this PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAYS persons. I don't know why the SEASON'S MALL is not taking any responsibility & encouraging this type of business carried inside. I request SEASON'S MALL Magarpatta to take responsible & help innocent people getting trapped from this fraud people & fraud bussiness.

                                      Mr.Jain, you are taking wrong steps. Please send a email asking for refund. Dispute the charges with your bank.
                                      Parallelly If they do not agree on refund, approach police as they have committed fraud as the EMI is charged at 14% and is of 24months instead of 36months. Lodge FIR. Submit FIR copy to bank.
                                      You can approach Consumer court also. Please take advise of lawyer before going to consumer court.
                                      All these processes are time consuming, so have patience.

                                        Priority International, who claims to be providing best holiday across India is cheating customer. They have taken Rs 25, 000 from me as initial amount on 30th May 2015.Membership would be activated after paying 50% of total amount(Total amount is 1, 15000).BUT I don't want to be member and don't want to continue with your service, want my money back.Please return my money back.
