Fake company with fake reviews on www.justdial.com 1. They call you to collect free gifts and ask you to attend a 90 mins. session 2. They take you to a room where they already have there own people (fake couples, family etc.) and in every 10 mins they show that they have sold the package to some family but everything is complete drama, nothing is genuine. Then they try to sell there holiday package and promise you to give 4/5 star accommodation anywhere in the world @ very very attractive prices, which you can't resist. Actually they kind of hypnotise you. 3. If you decide to go for the plan, they ask you to pay complete amount of package which ranges from 75, 000 - 1, 50, 000 (as per the package & negotiations) on the same day via. credit card/cash/cheque/debit card. 4. Once you paid it then now it is hell for you. You will never get 4/5 star accomodation instead you will get economy class hotels with much lesser prices if you book yourself. 5. In there agreement itself they write that amount is refundable. 6. They give scheme for 5 years but company itself started in 2012-13. On justdial there own people have put the reviews. I've lost my hard earned money. Requesting all other people not to become prey. Nothing comes for free in this world. After so many complaints nobody is dong anything. They arrange sessions everyday in the evening and making fool out of innocent people. My Application Number : PIPU #3072 I've paid 15, 000 as advance for the package of holiday scheme but after 2 days of research I didn't found the confidence to go ahead with the package. I went to there office and asked them that I don't want to continue. I didn't even asked for the refund as cash instead I told them to provide some services like gym membership, hotel booking, some other package worth 15, 000 but they were asking me to give more 10, 000 and then only they will provide any services. After discussing it 7-8 times with the customer care representative (who was too rude everytime) they didn't returned my hard earned money and I lost it. I've all the mail communications and recording of my conversations with Priority customer service representative.
They are fraud company. There is a pune consumer court order dated 12/1/2016 against priority international.

    Hello, I Hitesh Parmar, have taken membership along with my Brother-In-Law of Priority International Holiday Club Private Limited and we become member on 1st may 2014. My experience with them is really bad. Mr. Ashish Jagtap, Senior Manager (a Representative of Priority International) at Hotel Ramee Guestline at Juhu had explained me and my brother-in-law in detail the benefits and the tours package available to the members. They committed many things while selling the entire so called package. They committed me and my Brother-In-Law many things like Gym facility for two members in Power Ghym or Talwalkars but now when I asked for the ghym pass they told me that i and my Brother-In-law is not eligible for the same as you are membership is only for 5 years. Also they told me that the Package taken is only for Domestic Tour and not for International Tour. As per the Clause of My Agreement as entered between myself and the Priority International Pvt. Ltd. by Mr. Ashish Jagtap an Authorised Representative of the Company, there is a clause for both Domestic and International Tour as well as the Health Club and The Club Membership is free for 5 years. When i visited to their registered office the person at the office told me that the Membership i have taken is only for Domestic Tour and also i am not eligible of the Health club and Gym Facility. However the same is not the case. Mr. Ashish Jagtap had promises various benefit which has not been provided to me and my brother-in-law. I had paid a sum of Rs. 85000/- each for the same. Now it’s like there are making fool of the people taking the membership. I urge everybody not go for it. Its a waste of time and your hard earned money.

      I am writing this mail to bring to your notice about the deception of your firm PRIORITY, Pune Branch has played recently. I received a call on 11 October 2015 for promotional offers and gifts. The executive also requested me to come to their office and collect 5 gifts as part of some lucky draw selection. Me and my wife went to the SEASONS MALL office on 5th floor at 07:00 PM. Where one trainee Mr.Amit briefed us about the travel/vacation package membership. On my denial another senior came Mr.Arshad and one more manager came..they tried convincing me for another 1 1/2 hr and by the time kept us waiting on the name of gifts getting ready. In the mean time they offered me lucrative schemes and compensation offers stating that i should start with 25000 if i get satisfy i may continue with the membership. The information given by Mr.Amit and Mr.Arshad was very contradictory in details. However they agreed and promised to my condition of hotel allotment..only after which i signed the agreement. There also they were not letting me read the agreement but i later found what they shared via mouth was different from what was written in the agreement. I made a payment of 25000 via credit card They also promised that User ID and password will be initiated within 2 days which i haven't received till today. They are not taking calls and one contact number they gave is permanently switched off. Having witnessed the difference in the saying and actions of Priority representatives is highly disappointed and makes me feel like a victim of some scam. This has breached the trust in the accountability and aunthenticity of PRIORITY firm I request you to kindly refund my amount of Rs/-25000, ASAP as i dont wish to continue.         Hi, i too have same story, as i have read through others consumer complaints . i have taken membership on feb-15 with paying 55 k as fee . i have been promised talwarkar gym passes, so i have taken the membership . 1) while i have made repeated call to customer care, i have been told that we are not tied up with talwarkar . and in 9 month they have given me 1 powerhouse gym pass for a month . gym is very much far from my place, i am not able to use that . i have send them a mail regarding cancellation, but they call back and told me that it can't be cancelled and amount would not be refunded, i am still paying EMI on that money, kindly help me to get that money back . how could i file dispute charges with SBI credit card, can i get my money back .         If you have made the payment via credit card then you can talk to your bank and raise a dispute for the payment made. This will block the payment to them and you can initiate cancellation of your membership. However, since the purchase was made long back, I am not sure if it will still work. We also have been trapped by them and are struggling to find ways to get our money back. This was one way.

          We became members in June 2015 And were promised gym vouchers choice of talwalkras or powerhouse. Also a 10" tab. Till date we have zilch in our hands. Now they tell us can only give powerhouse gym voucher-but that also is not seen till date The customer care is trained very well and every day on calling they have a standard fixed reply - "sorry sir we will send it today". It's really mentally harassing to listen to the same lies day after day. I don't know what will happen when really need to book a hotel or any holiday. Their plan is to harass the people so much that finally we are robbed of our money and no services provided and have no choice but give up. Hope the people reading this become cautious.

            I had purchased services from Prioirty International Holidays pvt. ltd. for a package deal that includes holiday and club membership. I had paid in total of INR 90, 000 on 6th September 2015. I was promised at the time of purchase a lot of things like their tie up with many merchant outlets and presence of all over the world etc. They promised to offer deep discounts on spa services. However, I discovered in last one month that this seems to be a real fraud company. They have tie up with only one spa company in Navi Mumbai that offers only 20% discount that any which way I can get even otherwise. I have also been asking them to provide me Gym vouchers and they have not been able to provide that yet. I had spoke to them many times and also sent them email reminders. Right now, I am tired and sick of their services and I do not want them to enjoy my hard earned money for nothing. I hence request for your intervention and help get my money back from them. I have not availed and do not wish to avail any of their services in future. I just need them to return my money back though I had signed an agreement with them on emotional and false promises.

              I called this company's customer services to book my holiday. In return they provided me options for 2 or 3 star hotels in cheap localities. At time of selling the package, they made all false promises of providing only 4 or 5 star options and most likely it will be 5 star as they have tie up with leading 5 star hotels worldwide. When i told them the same, they said "we also said 3 star". I feel I have been cheated.

                Hi, I feel, I am also being cheated by them. I think this is totally fraud company and will wipe out anytime with our money. I subscribed for membership on 12-July-2015 and still struggling to get membership. Here is events happened with me. 1. While providing membership it was informed that membership card will be delivered within 7 working days, till date I have not received any membership card, from 12-July-2015 now it is more than 75 days and I have yet not received any card. 2. After joining my credit card payment was charged with full amount instead of EMI. 3. When I called the sales person, he asked me to speak to Samlal in Vashi office. He then asked me to visit office for this small issue. 4. I visited office, he asked me to convert amount in EMI by calling bank and Priority will pay interest and processing fee which charged on amount. 5. I kept doing follow up with Samlal and sales person Parvez. I they are either not reachable or not responding to calls and messages. 6. I requested cancellation of membership due to no response and service from your company Regards, Nilesh

                  They promised me a holiday gift voucher if I attend an interview for 90 mins. I got the gift voucher after the interview. They told me that I can book a holiday anytime within one year and I need to book 30-45 days in advance. I called them to book a holiday and they said I need to email them with exact dates and location. I did that and after 2 days they reply me in one line saying that Sorry, the holiday gift voucher has been sold out. Still trying to chase them and no resolution. When you go for interview they ask you to switch off your phone (so you cannot check reviews about them online)

                    Date of 23rd Aug'15 No membership number We participate in the lucky draw at one of the mall, went to attend the session at their branch office 1) loud music being played 2) deliberate delay in briefing 3) told that Priority Holidays is an associate company of Priority lounges 4) Showed us book of with list of hotels across world informed they have at tie ups 5) Made us to sign on a bond for 5 yrs of package under duress pressure 6) the bond says it is irrevocable! no agreement if not either side interest can be irrevocable 7) paid thru credit card 8) immediately called credit card issuing bank to raise a Credit card dispute 9) wrote a mail to Priority to cancel the just taken membership as services has not yet commenced Please suggest to get the refund from the bank/ or cancellation of the transaction by Priority

                      Date : 13th march 2014... Priority international holidays cheated us they took rs 30, 000/- from us and now they are saying give complete payment then you can use the services however at the time of registration they committed a lot of things... Will give you service for the first 3 years and on completion of 3 years you can pay the rest of the amount. At the time of registration they took my husbands credit card immediately and swapped and they told us that all amount will get converted into emi's we have tie - up with all reputed banks as you will get zero % interest on the same. Later after almost 2 months when me and my husband went to hotel ramee located at juhu to enquire about our membership card they refused to give us the membership card and said you will have to pay the complete amount only then you we get the card (This was not told to us at the time of the 90 mins session when they were trying to sell this all service at that time they were very sweet and were pleading us to take the membership) we started requested mr. Kadar and mr. Javed these both persons were having hyderabadi accent and were very rude. Kadar said what will you do we have already taken your money and now you cannot do anything even if you go to the police. Do wat u want to do (These were his words) we really felt cheated as being such a big brand how can you keep such employees who dont even know to speak properly and are soo damn rude... We want our hard earned money back and want you to take strict action againt such employees as they are literally cheating customer and spoiling the name of your company...

                      I shall submit my membership number later as currently not able to search the same...

                        Priority International, who claims to be providing best holiday across India & Abroad is cheating customers. They have taken Rs.95, 000 from me for 5 years on June 12 2015 and did not explain me all the details at the time of taking package. They ask people to fill in a lucky draw at places such as malls or other crowded places(mine was at Inorbit Mall, Vashi). Then they will call you and tell you that your lucky draw has come and you are eligible for a voucher for a 7 day trip and some other gifts. They will also tell you that you don't have to buy anything to get that but will have a 1.5 hrs presentation and will call you to collect it. On going there, they will start selling you a lucrative travel package membership(somewhat similar to Club Mahindra / country club) with access to health clubs, discounts at beauty parlours and restaurants.They specially look for travel enthusiast people and for that they will take a so called survey to find out who has travelled how much. Firstly they have swiped my Credit Card without me signing the Agreement. They have told me that will send us a welcome kit in the next 10 days by post to my mailing address but so far did not get any thing. They also promised me shopping vouchers of Rs 1000 each month for next five years. when i was not willing to become a member. They also given me an agreement paper which will has terms and conditions which will be completely different from what they have explained. Once someone buys they won't even confirm membership by mail. i have Google the web to find out their customer contact details but instead was surprised to see in the search results that that company has been cheating people by claiming to be providing best holiday across India & abroad. I have recorded conservation confirming the same, i visited their office and personally told them that the agreement was wrong, they just sent me away by telling that they will look into the matter and asked to mail them the credit card statement and along with all other necessary receipts i did it twice two months age but so far no reply. Also at the time of booking they said that the amount can be converted to 24 month EMI without interest. But it is not done yet. and now for the past 3 months i am charged with Rs 3000 ( Rs 1000 every month) as only interest. I would like to have my membership cancelled and money refunded.                           Priority International, who claims to be providing best holiday across India is cheating customer. They have taken Rs.35, 000 from me for 5 years on 15th August and did not explain me all the details at the time of taking package. Now they say that I have to pay Rs.7500 as Annual maintenance charges every year and what they will do is provide hotel and pick-up and drop. Persons involved in this cheating are: Mohammad Kalim Manager - [protected] & Shahnawaz Tamboli[protected] Also at the time of booking they said that the amount can be converted to 24 month EMI without interest. But it is not done yet. I have to convert it by myself and paid penalty for the same. When contacted their credit card department head, he said that he will pay the penalty. But it is also not done yet. The person detail is : .Shahnawaz Tamboli[protected] Also when i have asked my refund amount of Rs.35000/- by mail they says it is not refundable as per their company policy and agreement .
                          it also done with me the same person does a fraud with all.. what can we do, i think we should make a common complain

                            Dear Sir, This was my first Holiday membership plan bought in India from Priority International. Which was taken on 15th June 2015, After taking Full Amount at one time stating that we are giving you special offer Membership privileges. Membership card will given to me within 10 days, till 24th July I was made to run around their office more then 10 time just to get my membership card - on 21st July, I was told to take vacation and see our privileges which were promised. So I had request to take vacation and I was asked to provide dates and country name, which was given to them by email as well as by hand on 25th July - the day they gave my membership card. After submitting the details of Vacation every day I was calling them to check whether my Holiday/Vacation package is available - Everyday I was assured that I will get the vacation package on the given dates as promised. On calling their customer care department every time I was transferred to talk to different executives - every executives was lying - only giving assurance on phone call that I will get my holiday package soon no written confirmation, some of the executive mention to me that if we fail to give you your vacation package we will return your membership amount. No proper communication no reply was given for my emails - neither any vacation package is confirmed nor my money is refunded till date. Sir on customer care executive person confirmation I booked my tickets - My family holiday is in jeopardy - Now I have to pay from my pocket all expenses for these vacation. Sir I hereby request your forum to get my Hard Earn money back from them I don't need any vacation package anymore. I have gone through so much harassment and stress in last 3 months.                               I have taken his membership 27 oct 2013.Since then My life is in hell. No commitments, everything was said at the time presentation was lie. No respect at all .If you guys meet any employess of him in Big bazaar, Relaince, orbit mall or any in hotels saying that provide us your name and collect gift plz dont go there. They'll call you in thier call centre and explain you about his contacts in 5 start and 4 start properties, clubs etc.Beware it totally lies. They chear you in every corner .I am facing this problem since 22 months asking for my hard earned money. Plz before going check in google and various consumer forums many many complaints .You check here as well so many complaints Reg E.M.I, clubs, Holidays the list has no place now .Bigeest Holiday chearters I can say that. from past 22 months I am fighting Plz guys pass this message and save our hard earned money.                                 I paid 80, 000 by Credit Card on 21 June, and was told that i will get 3 years EMI plus 0% intrest, But Altamash swiped the card for 24 months and after swiping said 3 years not poaaible also i need to pay interst 14000 for 2 years + service tax approx 4000 for 2 years. Please help me i dont want this holiday service, ask them to refund my money.

                                  Date: 18 Aug 2015 Place: Priority International, 3rd Floor, Supreme, Next To Titan Shop, Above Deutsche Bank, Parihar Chowk, ITI Road, Aundh, Pune One of the worst experiences of my life! Sakal papers had an event where they collected names and selected people were called to a program organized by Priority International at their office to award a small gift hamper. Got invited. I went there with my wife (office of Priority International in Aundh, Pune) and they told us we had to attend a 90 min presentation before we could receive the hamper. Which was OK, so even though it was 8:30 in the night, we patiently heard out their sales presentation till 10. The presentation was bad and the guy was indecent. He kept staring at my wife all the time. After the 90 minutes, we reminded him that we had to leave as we hadn't had dinner. Even after 2 hours, he wasn't letting us go. Made us wait till 10:30 at night. Made excuses about server being down etc. So I told him we had to leave since we hadn't had dinner. I was obviously irritated, but was talking to him very patiently and told him I didn't want the gift if it was going to take any longer because folks back home were worried we were getting late (which was perfectly true) and I didn't mind taking the gift, if it wasn't "ready" as he claimed. So, I started leaving. One of their other employees started shouting at me! After inviting me there where I had to drive 14 kms. and making me wait 2 hours! He called me a lot of bad names (really bad swear words), and was almost trying to get into a fight. I told him we were going out of there, again very politely. He followed me out and continued shouting. He made my wife cry! 5 more minutes and I'd have gone to the police. It was that bad! Completely unwarranted. Absolutely harassing. Horrible! As I said, one of the worst experiences of my LIFE. These guys are just out for the money. It was complete harassment. I hope there is a way for me to get this heard. My wife and I were highly disturbed. It was an event which they had invited us to and behaved in absolutely uncivilized manner without provocation. It was complete harassment.
                                  Customer care executive Nagma is very rude and rustic. She doesn't even know how to speak to customers. Today when I called customer service to let them know that I have made the payment for AMC and requested her to see my email sent couple of days back to confirm the hotel reservation on the new wing she said we don't see every rooms in the hotel. I told her I am not asking her to see the rooms herself, but at least they should take care of the customer preferences before the booking. She said either you don't want to understand or not understanding. Is this the way a customer service executive should talk to customers after receiving the payments ? I told her that she is very rude. She did not even had the courtesy to apologise. It's simply pathetic. Please don't fall into their dream world. It's far off than reality.

                                    I signed up with the firm in order to have pleasant holiday's. But this turned out to be a nightmare. I took the membership in Oct 2013 n paid 52000 in EMI, the package contains gym membership for 2 family members for entire tenure of 5 years. The relationship manager was Ayaz, Phone No: [protected] Got just 2 months gym coupon n then ayaz came for more money, took 20000 n gave the membership card. Next, after 1.5 years on August 15 another person named shashank: [protected] called me out of the blue n said to pay another 20000 when i asked what about my gym membership coupon, he said sir lets do one thing i will take approval and deduct 12000 for 1st year gym from august 2015-august-2016 n just pay 8000. Now he said pay this today itself else I will go legal. Utter harassment. I asked to compensate my gym from start till date, he said with bad words that it is only me who can help u else u may loose ur Rupees 72000.. Is this relationship managing?

                                    There is no customer satisfaction provided by this company. They are here to earn money only.
                                    They are fraud company. There is a pune consumer court order dated 12/1/2016 against priority international.
                                    Give detailed complaint at nearest police station asap and then file consumer case.

                                    cheating for holiday and club membership package

                                    I was asked to pay 49500 as down payment and remaining 49500 to be paid by credit card. I was promised many things of hotel and all, but did not get anything in written in the agreement. They are just cheating people

                                      Recently I have been cheated by Priority International Holiday club. I have paid rs 15000 on dt. 14 august. 2015 for 5 years membership & the sales person told me it’s a 0% EMI & tenure is 24 months. But when I made a call to bank & verified, bank updated me it’s a 15% EMI interest rate & tenure is for 24 months.so anyone help me plz contact me [protected]./ [protected]

                                      hi Sarita. They are a fraud company as I have also been cheated by them. There are two Pune consumer court orders dated 12/1/2016 and 14/3/2016. Immediately lodge a criminal complaint with police.

                                      The money you paid to Priority International is as good as its gone. There is slim hope of recovery of money. For that you will have to lodge FIR against Priority International and force police to freeze Priority's bank accounts. If those bank accounts have sufficient balance you can get your money back through court.

                                        Hello, I was also called by priority international holidays team to collect free gifts as i was selected in lucky draw. We went there at 8th Aug 2015. Eariler on call their representative named KOMAL-. [protected], and at the call i had asked her whether we need to pay any money.. she said its totally free and no need to pay a single rupee. When we went there they started a so called 90 mins presentation where they explained us their holiday packages and initially offered us 1.25 Lakh membership package... we deny it as it is our out of budget then they come down with the price and offered small emis like 1300 and total package as 90000. Also promised us if the we not satisfied with the service then they will refund all money and gave one free complimentory holiday also. However after getting the review of this company we decided to cancel the membership. We have not yet paid full amount of the package. we have paid 34000 using credit card and want to get it back.                                         while swiping our cards, we have been told that there will be 0% interest rate and they have made 36 months EMI. In actual, there is 15% interest rate and EMI is 24 months. They have done 14000 rs transaction with my card and remaining with my husband's card. Now for that 14000 txn i need to pay 16291 with interest. It is totaly FRAUD practice by Priority team.

                                        Also we visited to their office yesterday to request to cancel the membership and refund the money. They told that there is no concept of cancellation and if they do so there will be 90% forfeit. They can provide us the service. When we say we dont want service, just refund the money. They asked to mail them all the points and they will reply us in 48 hours.

                                        Waiting for reply.

                                        Here is the receipt attached where we can see 15% interest rate and 24 month EMI tenure.

                                        Totally disappointed by Priority team. everything is fraud by Priority and its all members.

                                        No refund and membership cancellation done from priority team yet. Even though they have all details they are making delay of asking the details and all which they already have.

                                        Priority cheats people like anything. They don't have any accountability. Don't take anything or don't sign any contract. This is my sincere request.

                                        They commit to give trial trip to me but not behave like what they said...giving hotel options in price range of 2000 to 3000 rs and taking 5000 to 6000/- rs per night. Fake cheater company ...dont register...if you book directly still you can save lot of money...better than investing in this dumb company.
                                        Hi, I was cheated by Priority International Holidays Club pvt ltd into becoming a member. They claimed to have tie up with hotels, Gyms, Resorts and Event halls in India and abroad. When asked for list of same, they failed to provide the list. They cheated me into becoming member and swiped my card. Then brought out stamp paper and got my signature on that. This stamp paper is not enforceable.
                                        Hence numerous police complaints were given and at last FIR was registered at APMC police station, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. There are also FIRs against Priority International at Amboli police station, Mumbai and Hadapsar police station, Pune.
