My previous employer Prism Informatics ltd, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, has not cleared my dues for the last 7 months and are not confirming the clearance date of my dues. The company has not cleared my last salary and performance bonus for the year[protected]. The bonus was shown in my pay slip for the month is april 2013 and taxes were deducted accordingly, but the same was not paid to me. I was asked to work on company assignment out side India without any medical insurance and no provident fund was deducted from our salary.
Please help me in getting my dues clear.
