I have been sent two Challan No. HSPCC[protected] on 7thSept.2020 for my car MH02FJ5222 challan location Pune mentioning SPEED VIOLATING BY DRIVER. Let me inform you that as this is a new car and thus does not go above 80 as per the new RTO Regulations and on the Expressway the speed is 80 to 100 limit. Thus I do do not know why and on what location we have been charged with children in the car a Fine of Rs.1000. Kindly review this fine. we are fully aware of being good citizens and following the traffic rules. Your reply is appreciated.
regarding challan no, MTPCHM[protected] of the 21st Jan 2020 we have paid this amount of Rs.200 and once again the same has been charged of POLICE STOP VIOLATION. sir, at no time has any Police stopped this car and we were charged but have still paid the above fine.
