[Resolved]  Private Person — Noise Pollution in Residential area

Respected Sir, I do before you a humble request that I am a resident of ward no 11, Khamanon, distt-Fatehgarh Sahib.I want to file a complaint against my neighbour Mr.Boota Singh S/o Karam Singh. He is a carpenter by profession.but from last year he had started doing his work at his home.He has started using residential area for commercial work..he starts using his machines from about 9:00 am till dark evening. I am a student of law and preparing for Judicial services.i have to study about 10 hours a day..but in such a huge noise pollution study is far away it is not possible to even relax for a bit.Moreover my mother who is already a patient of high blood pressure .We have tried a number of times to make him understand about bad effects of noise pollution not only on study but also on health.but every time he starts abusing.Last time he defamed my mother by abusing her when she went to request him to stop this because of exams.Sir we are tired of all this.I request before your good self that a strict action may please be taken immediately. with Regards.
