[Resolved] Pro Techno — I am complaining about money blackmailing | ||
Sir i have done 800 form filling work in pro techno. As per the agreement it is said that i[censored] not succeeding in work u have to pay 4100 as utility charges. I completed the work but my qc report is failed. I got a call from [protected] adovacte rajeev he told me that u have to pay 24000 as penality otherwise ur case will register in the surat court i paid the amount. I only send the aadhar card as proof. Otherwise u will pay big amount. I told that i want to terminate from this job. Then he told that u have to pay 30000 as cancellation charge. That also i paid. Again calling as per section 73, 74 ur file is re open u have to pay another 30000 again. Pls help pls Was this information helpful? | ||
Nov 29, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Company name PRO TECHNO.company gave me 800forms filling work .I have to complete in7 days.as per the agreement if not acheive 90%accuracy I have to pay 4100 as registration .I completed the work and submitted on time but it shows QC report is failed .A man named advocate Rajiv Singh called me phone no.8956019385 mail I'd.advocate [email protected] .He said that I have to pay 24950 RS as penality for not succeeding the work.I paid that much amount.i told him I want to terminate from this work .This is a 11 month project.he told me if cancel the agreement then per month agreement cancellation charge is2800*11=30800.i paid this amount also .he also send theNOC letter from Surat court.if I will not pay the money the case will be filed in Surat court.he mailed me that the file is closed and I am free the court.today 29/11/2018 again called and said I have to pay 29950rs .my file is return to the Court to clear the pending.pls help sir pls.he is calling every time Nov 29, 2018 Updated by Mistela Pls help me   Nov 29, 2018 Updated by Mistela I will show the details   Nov 29, 2018 Updated by Mistela After that again calling from adovacate | ||
