Probus Insurance — car policy

I take the car insurance policy no.[protected] for my car honda amaze on dated 17/05/2018 from probus insurance on online. I also paid rs. Approx rs. 11000. But now when we need the policy, the policy no.[protected] does not open in pdf or also in other formate & also not able to contact to any of probus customer care. All phone nos. Are invalid.
