I ordered a product online in electrooff.in of tablet phone of rs 2849. The website was continuously giving advertise in my hello app. I looked and order the product. When i received the product i was shocked to see that i had a toy phone slate and 2 playing cards in it. I called for the mobile number mentioned in the bill [protected]. Its showing switched off for a long time.
When i went to website it had a contact number for helpline having only 9 digit numbers. I am unable to return the product also as when i booked the product it showed can be replaced but the website doesn't have any return information and nor any helpline number. I request you, sir, to please help me with thios fraud and look after these fraud companies. I am attaching al necessary copies of photos with this complaint. My contact number is [protected]
