Professional Cargo Movers & Packers — loss and damage of household goods in transport

I had transported my household goods from bangalore to mumbai via professional cargo movers & packers on 29th/30th november. I have highlighted the loss and damage of goods done by the company.
1. 2 nilkamal chairs were misplaced and were never delivered in the movement.
2. A shoe stand was misplaced and were never delivered in the movement.
3. Sofa set was damaged. Sofa cover was received torn and sofa stands were missing.
4. Fridge was damaged. Fridge stand was damaged in delivery.
5. Microwave oven was damaged and is not working after transport.
6. Study table stand has been damaged.

The company told that all the goods were covered under insurance and even charged an insurance amount. However they didnt provide me a receipt of the insurance and none of the damage was covered under insurance.

The company had told me that goods will be transported in a separate dedicated vehicle. However at both places where goods were loaded as well as unloaded, small tempo vans were used for movement.

I tried calling the manager several times. However he doesn't receive my calls and all the above damage/loss was never compensated.
