Professional Packers And Movers — cheating the customers keeping product with them

hi, iam anil. i ordered a product in shopclues and it was dispatched 19th may with order no. it was not delivered yet and when i reach customer care center of shopclues they said it will be resolved by 5 working days which sounds no good. thye kept in hold and after they disconnect 15 mins. nothing was showing in thier site about the product delivery . same has been asked the team for this they are not saying even which courier. finally i got courier as professional courier. i talk to them they not responded. it was updated as party bnot available with ouit intimating or called me. they said it will be dispatched today but not yet . professionalcourier team has no information about this product. they kept the product with them and not dispatched. in shop clues site it was mentioned dispatched to day, it seems these people was cheating pls find the below screen shot. 52247495 Order 17 May 2015, 07:21 PM Order Date Delivered Status Part of combined order number: 52247483 Please click on the original order number above to view complete order details What's this?
