I got moved from gurgaon to hyderabad on february 17th 2020, i have moved my household items tv refrigerator, washing machine and other items. While receiving my tv got damaged and it is insured for 1lakh. Now when i have reached insurance (Reliance general) they were saying policy is covered for accidental not for any other damage when they have handled.
