Prometricmcq.com/medical-books/ — refusal to refund

I made a purchase from prometricmcq.com dated 25th july. There was a refund policy within 30 days. I found the product to be really bad. As i started solving the questions there was single choice for multiple choice questions in some questions. The explanation for the correct answer was on the same page as question. Text setting was not up to the mark at many places. So i initiated the refund request within 2-3 hours of receiving the product. I had written multiple mails to them. Now they have even blocked my subscription and stopped responding to my mails. Please look into the matter and do the needful.
