I had bought ptron earbuds from Amazon but after 10 days one side not working then I had apply warranty claim ptron support tem told me post product on seller adreess . Then I had post product on seller address . Ithe delivered confirm but after that ptron not respond me and not giving me warranty claim . I have followed all instructions instead not respond from ptron support team
