Once again I'm writing this mail under frustration!!
I don't know what is the reason behind 'Not providing my REFUND' when it has already been more than a month when the loan amount has been provided back to you by the university (17th April).
Each time I make a call the propelled team just says ' Wait for a week'. What kind of poor and frustrated service your team provides.
