Property Bazaar Thane — the owner did not refund the deposit

The house owner jaydev tiwari of regalia 2002 lodha casa royale thane didnot refund me the 1 lakh deposit i had paid him as tenant for residing 1 year in that flat. As per agreement made with property bazaar thane, none of the people of this agency helped me in getting back the amount. They were very unethical n unprofessional. Never to any kind of transaction or opt for their services.

The property bazaar Mahesh n Ashiwini both are very biased to Marathi people and charge you extra fees for any services. That Jaydev owner is a greedy fellow whose flat we had visited for buying. Really very very shameless and bad people. Stay away from them.
