I have booked a plot in sriperambattur developed by
Propshell business solutions pvt. Ltd, chennai, at the request of mr. Umasankar (Director). Since the project was delayed i cancelled and they agreed to return me the advance.
After vigorous follow up i got 75% of the advace which was paid in december 2013.
Wherever i call mr. Umasankar never takes the phone and i found these people are highly unreliable.
