I booked a flat through Proptiger where their executive dealt on a negotiation of 5% on BSP. Now when the agreement was received by me, it mentioned only 3%. When I contacted the Proptiger executive, he mentioned that I would be refunded rest 2% amount by Proptiger with a discount note.
Somedays later the executive started saying that I would receive the 2% amount only after builder has received 45% of the total flat amount from me. These tactics were to delay my refund probably.
Even then, when I received my refund, it was after deduction of TDS and thereafter income tax department showing the whole amount as income to me in Form 26AS as Proptiger filled it under such section of income tax.
When again contacting Proptiger, they are denying the fact and not providing any satisfactorily response.
