I have approached by them for online job and had an agreement signed without proper reading, which is my big big mistake.
From almost 6 months they are harrassing me with mails and calls.
I dont know what to do. Just say me option to get rid. I didnt shared with anyone about this. Iam in confusion now what to do.

So as you are not full fill the agreement rules, so that the company has taken the help of legal proceeding for their compensation. Pay the amount as soon as possible today to close your file, if the case being filed against you then legal action proceed on you will be in big loss of money. If you wan't to stop this legal proceeding then pay your penalty amount
