Prox — penalty fee

Iam doing form filling job prox company before 6 month. Without time period I can't complete my work and they are asking penalty fee. But I didn't respond them. After 6 month one lady call me . She talled she is from Delhi court. And they asking for clear the penalty fee 83000
And I will not willing for pay this amount what will I do
