Prtc Bus — After giving instructions the conductor not stop the bus on my station

My friend was travelling in one of the public transport and I was waiting standing at the station. Conductor told her he will stop the bus at my station but he wasn't. He passed the bus in front of my station, others were also waiting. That's why I had to travel miles to pick the bus.
He told us he will stop the bus but he wasn't. Government should take strict action. How while we had to suffer because of such employees.
Moreover he(conductor) try to hit my father because he said he will put complaint against him.
