[Resolved]  PRTC — Harsh behaviour to the public

Dear sir/madam, The person who is sitting in the reservation counter in Puducherry bus stand is too harsh to people and has a habit of not issuing the remaining change to the public who book tickets. The ticket rate is also been increased too high. The total chennai bus fare is ₹97, but the reservation amount for one single ticket is ₹118. I reserved two tickets for ₹236. The person had no sign of giving the remaining change of ₹4. When I asked for change he suddenly dragged the ticket too hard and told me to bring the exact change to get the ticket. As I had no other way at that time I went to a nearby shop and the hot the ticket by giving exact change. Also, he mentioned that for booking tickets the public must come with the exact change. He does not have a single rupee change as he do not give change to any of the one who comes. This is a very traditional habit of the person(s) who sits in the PRTC counter to reserve. Request you to take necessary action on such kind of activity and to maintain people and government way of transport in a better way by polite response. Thanks, Thivya P
