Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with a recent bus ticket booking made through your service. I recently made a reservation for a PRTC bus from Pondicherry to Tirupati, scheduled for[protected] at 10:00 PM. However, upon receiving my booking confirmation, I was surprised to see that the ticket was issued for a journey from Tirupati to Pondicherry instead.

I want to emphasize that when I filled out the booking form, I provided the correct details for the journey from Pondicherry to Tirupati. It appears that there was a mistake made by the booking agent or system during the ticket issuance process.

Despite bringing this error to the attention of the booking personnel, I was informed that the ticket could not be canceled, and I was asked to pay for a new ticket for the correct journey. Regrettably, in order to avoid missing my intended travel, I had to pay for the ticket again and proceed with my journey as scheduled.

This error has caused me inconvenience and financial burden, as I had to pay twice for the same journey due to a mistake made by your staff. I kindly request that the amount paid for the erroneous ticket be refunded to me promptly.

I also wish to register a formal complaint against the booking person responsible for this error and the inconvenience caused. Such lapses in service quality can severely impact customer satisfaction and trust in your service.

I trust that you will take immediate action to address this issue, refund the excess amount paid, and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I look forward to your swift resolution of this matter and a prompt response to my concerns.
